At Controlled Chaos Co., we move with purpose. Every order is processed with precision to ensure your gear gets to you fast and secure.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume drops or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. If so, we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

  • International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Delays

Controlled Chaos Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at intel@controlledchaosshop.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
